Boil rice in water until water becomes cloudy, and grains are warm. Drain rice. Add one half can of cream of foo (asparagus etc. mushroom is especially good) Add 2/3 cup of milk, may also need to add 1/3 cup of water to prevent scalding of mixture. Spice to taste with pepper and garlic. Grate cheese onto mixture. Let simmer a few moments, and serve.
